Jean-Baptiste Fargeau holds an engineering degree from École Centrale de Nantes and a Master's degree in Business Administration from IAE Paris. He began his career at J. Chahine Capital as a quantitative analyst in 2005, then became a portfolio manager in 2007.

In 2016, he joined the Multigestion team at BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments as a fund analyst with particular expertise in bond funds. In 2021, he took over responsibility for the fund analysis and selection team.
