Jérémie Fastnacht holds a Master's degree in Finance from Paris-Dauphine University and a specialized Master's degree in Market Finance from SKEMA Business School / University of North Carolina. He began his career in 2012 at BCEE Asset Management as an equity fund manager.

He joined Banque de Luxembourg in September 2014 as a portfolio manager and moved to BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments in March 2016. He took over responsibility for the BL Equities Dividend fund in November 2017.
