Damien Assa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne and continued his academic career with a Master's degree in Management, specializing in banking and asset management, from HEC-University of Liège. His final thesis was awarded the prize for Best Thesis in Finance in Belgium by the CFA Society Belgium.

After completing a several-month internship with the emerging and Asian equities team at BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments, Damien formally joined the Multigestion team in 2024 as a fund analyst specializing in emerging and Japanese equities and sector funds.
