Maxime Hoss holds a Master's degree in International Finance and Economic Development from the University of Kent in Canterbury. He began his career with nearly two years' experience in investment fund auditing at KPMG. He then worked for more than five years at Spuerkeess Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing funds of funds after having managed equity and mixed funds.

He joined BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments in 2013 as a fund analyst and fund of funds manager. Since January 2022, Maxime has been managing the BL Global Equities fund and, since October 2024, the BL Global Flexible USD flexible fund. He also manages dedicated mandates on behalf of institutional investors.
