Our asset management team

BLI is a team of more than 70 people, including 24 analysts and fund managers who have been working together for an average of 13 years. This stability is a key factor in the good long-term performance of the BL funds range.
Our job is not to anticipate market movements, but to identify high-quality companies capable of sustainable growth and to acquire them at the right price.
Quality is our best lever for reducing volatility. We select issuers with strengthening fundamentals to create a virtuous circle of performance and stability.
Our strength in multi-management lies in combining our expertise in asset allocation with our ability to analyse and select external funds. This approach broadens our investment range by providing access to complementary strategies and expertise. 
Our governance is conducted by two main bodies: the Board of Directors, which defines BLI's strategy and ensures its implementation, and the Executive Committee, which is responsible for executing this strategy and managing BLI's day-to-day operations.
